Partial Hospitalization Program
Partial Hospitalization is a structured Mental Health and Substance Use program that is a step down from 24-hour care from a typical inpatient stay. It serves a good purpose in recovery for individuals who are no longer a threat to themselves or others and can go through intense structural therapies while residing on their own.
Partial Hospitalization provides an equivalent recovery based care with satisfaction to patients at an eminent cost. Our Clinical Staff takes care of the symptoms regulation, structured socialization, therapeutic compliance, and trauma stabilization. In addition, PHPs often allow extended evaluation of psychiatric symptoms and functional ability thus keeping individuals in the community hence help preserve their self-esteem.
How PHP Treatment is Directed?
At Mission Recovery, our highly trained clinicians offer intensive, medically supervised care for individuals with mental illness via structured, time-limited therapeutic sessions. A formal evaluation by our clinician will help navigate the patient to appropriate treatment. The frequency and intensity of these sessions are carefully calibrated to the severity of each patient’s symptoms. We offer diagnostic evaluation, active treatment, and maintenance therapy to help reduce the risk of relapse, hospitalization, or incarceration.
The structured program not only benefits patients in symptom maintenance but also with the difficulties faced at work, school, or other occupations. It provides help for the co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders for 5- 6 hours a day, for five days.
